Well this morning marked my first job interview in almost 7 months. While I think I did the best that I could have (we can always critique and tweak, but I think I did just fine) I had a really really hard time reading the interviewers, so I walked out of their office feeling really unsure of how it went. We shall see. They are hoping to extend an offer to a candidate before they close up shop for Christmas, with the intent of the new employee starting in January, so that would be a good set up if I get it. I'm hopeful, but I certainly don't feel like I've got it in the bag, so to speak.
